One successfully delivered presentation counts as one whole talk, with or without avatar narration. Failed jobs do not use a talk; jobs in progress reserve one. Repeat downloads do not use another talk. Allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month; unused talks do not roll over. Your account shows the next reset in New Zealand time.
Avatar narration is subject to availability. If narration is unavailable or incomplete, you’ll see a warning; a successfully delivered presentation still counts as one talk.
All prices in New Zealand dollars. GST (15%) included in all prices.
No setup fees. Monthly card subscriptions have no minimum term: cancel through your account’s billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. PO billing has separate terms below.
Paying by purchase order or invoice?
We support PO billing on Team and Business plans. Minimum 3-month commitment, billed quarterly. Contact us to agree renewal and cancellation terms before ordering.
