Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SiteTalk, operated by Chrisonic Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using SiteTalk, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SiteTalk is a software-as-a-service platform that generates health and safety toolbox talk presentations from documents you upload. The service uses third-party AI and media services to produce the output. We use HTTPS for all data in transit, signed session cookies, and access controls. 2. Subscriptions and Payment

SiteTalk is sold as a monthly subscription in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Stripe. For monthly card subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Purchase-order billing for Team and Business has a minimum three-month commitment and quarterly invoicing; renewal and cancellation terms are agreed before ordering.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not upload documents that contain illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the source material you upload and the resulting presentations. You must not use SiteTalk to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or contrary to any health and safety obligations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the presentations generated from them. We do not claim any rights over your content. The SiteTalk platform, including its design, code, and underlying models, remains the intellectual property of Chrisonic Systems. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrisonic Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of SiteTalk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
