Can SiteTalk help with remote crews?
Yes. A reviewed presentation with talking-avatar narration can give crews across different sites the same core briefing, including people who can’t get to a face-to-face meeting. Download the PPTX and share it through your normal company channels, or export an MP4 in PowerPoint. Make sure each crew can ask questions and discuss the risks at their own site.
Does it replace a field manager or supervisor?
No. SiteTalk supports delivery of your message. Your field manager or supervisor remains responsible for reviewing the material, explaining local risks, answering questions and checking understanding. Watching a presentation does not by itself prove attendance, understanding or compliance.
What can I upload?
DOCX documents or PDFs with selectable text, up to 20 MB. Extracted document text is limited to 12,000 characters. Scanned PDFs need to be converted to selectable text first.
Do I have to use a talking avatar?
No. You can create a presentation with or without avatar narration. Narration is subject to availability; SiteTalk warns you if it is unavailable or incomplete.
Can I edit the presentation?
Yes. Download the PPTX and edit it in PowerPoint. Review the wording, images and suitability for your particular site before you present it.
How do I play the downloaded presentation?
Open the PPTX in desktop PowerPoint, then choose Slide Show → Play from Start. This runs the presentation with its slide timings and any included avatar video and narration. Use slide-show playback rather than the normal editing view, and check the sound and playback before sharing it with your crew.
Can I turn my presentation into an MP4 video?
Yes. Open the downloaded PPTX in desktop PowerPoint and use its video export option. On Mac, choose File → Export and select MP4. On Windows, choose File → Export → Create a Video. Use the presentation’s recorded timings where available, and check the finished video’s sound, avatar playback and slide timing before sharing it. Export options and media handling can vary by PowerPoint version. SiteTalk supplies the PPTX; the MP4 is created in PowerPoint. Windows export guide · Mac export guide.
How do the plans and talk allowances work?
One successfully delivered presentation counts as one whole talk, with or without narration. Failed jobs do not use a talk, and repeat downloads do not use another. View current prices, allowances and reset details.
How long can I download my talks?
Completed presentations are available for 90 days. Download your own copy to keep them longer. See our Privacy Policy for source-file processing, storage and retention details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly card subscriptions can be cancelled through your account’s billing portal, with access continuing until the paid period ends. Purchase-order billing has separate terms. See pricing and billing details.
